Refund Policy

SALT couture knows you will absolutely love your new purchase.  We have put a lot of time & effort ensuring the fabric & the fit is just perfect for each and everyone of you.

Sometimes you may have either:

  • Chosen an incorrect size
  • Not so happy with how it fits & looks
  • Or perhaps just had a change of mind

That’s ok, we realise this happens. SALT is happy to provide a refund or exchange for another item of equal value or will provide a gift voucher with 6 months validity. 

Refunds, exchanges & credit notes will only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. Unless faulty.

  • please provide us with your original invoice as proof of purchase*

Sadly refunds or exchanges are not offered on any sale items.

Refund will only be issued if:

  • Item/s are unworn & unused
  • In its original packaging
  • With original tags attached
  • Original receipt is sent back along with return form filed in (click link below to download)
  • For hypogenic reasons we do not provide refunds or returns on accessories

At times faults may be found, which will be rare, but please know we are very happy to replace or refund your item.

  • International flat rate $35

International Taxes

All prices are shown in Australian dollars.

Important information, you will be responsible for any additional customs taxes/fees that may occur when your shipment enters an international country. Please note each country has various laws relating to customs & customs taxes.
